Developer Membership

$125/month or $1,500/year

Dedicated Private Offices

  • Das GreenHaus has nine dedicated private offices that range from 117 square feet - 288 square feet. Pricing is based on square footage and amenities included with each office space. All dedicated private offices include a Das Greenhaus membership. All tenants will have access to Das GreenHaus 24 hours/day 7 days/week.

Your Benefits

Meeting Rooms

Das GreenHaus is open Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for operations of open work areas, and meeting rooms. Private Office Members with 24/7 access will be given instructions on how to enter the building after business hours.

Conference Rooms

  • Plenty of space, seating up to 15 people for group meetings and presentations.

Board Room Meeting Space

  • Comfortably seats 6 people for presenting or working sessions.

Meeting Rooms should be reserved at least 48 hours in advance. Reservations are based on a first come/first served basis. Any payment due will be required at time of reservation.
