Samantha Morganroth is the Program Manager at Das GreenHaus, where she leads member and community relations, program design, and business operations. With a background rooted in education, curriculum development, and organizational strategy, Samantha brings a people-centered, mission-driven approach to supporting local entrepreneurs and building a thriving startup community.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Samantha moved to San Antonio in 2005 to attend Trinity University, where she earned both a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication. She began her career as a teacher, spending nine years creating engaging learning environments and building strong relationships with students. She later served as a Social Studies Curriculum Specialist, where she supported instructional design and innovation across 82 elementary campuses.

At Das GreenHaus, Samantha draws from her experience in education and systems thinking to design meaningful programming, connect founders with mentors and resources, and strengthen community partnerships that help early-stage businesses grow.
