Samantha Morganroth is the Executive Director at Das GreenHaus, a nonprofit startup incubator in Boerne dedicated to supporting early-stage entrepreneurs through mentorship, education, and community. In her role, Samantha leads community engagement, programming, fundraising, marketing, and organizational strategy to help founders grow sustainable businesses and strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Originally from Portland, Samantha moved to San Antonio to attend Trinity University, where she earned both a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication and a Master’s Degree in Education. She began her career as a teacher before transitioning into a district-level role as a Social Studies Curriculum Specialist, supporting instructional design and innovation across 82 elementary campuses.

At Das GreenHaus, Samantha draws on her background in education, systems thinking, and community building to design impactful programming, connect founders with mentors and resources, and cultivate partnerships that support the growth of early-stage businesses.

Samantha lives in Boerne with her husband, 8-year-old son, and their golden retriever mix. Outside of work, she enjoys walking the many trails in Boerne, spending time along the Hill Country Mile, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
