Our 2024-2025 Incubator teams are gaining momentum! As they approach the final Pitch Night, teams are making impressive strides in both their products and presentations. Jim and Mary Thompson’s entrepreneurial journey began in the most unexpected of places: a chili competition. For two years, Jim cooked up his award-winning chili for the Terlingua Chili Cook Off, even making it to the finals twice. This experience, combined with their shared passion for hospitality, helped shape the direction of the couple’s business endeavors.
